I understand that TuBz is a non-speaking mascot character. All communication is expressed through gestures, movement, and dance.

# TERM 02

A handler must supervise all child interactions. No child may approach TuBz from behind or without handler guidance.

# TERM 03

TuBz performers will not lift, carry, or seat children on their lap at any time.

# TERM 04

No guest may remove, adjust, pull, or tamper with any part of the TuBz mascot costume.

# TERM 05

A private, air-conditioned rest area must be provided for performer safety.

# TERM 06

Outdoor appearances may be modified or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

# TERM 07

Booking dates are not confirmed until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

# TERM 08

I agree to provide a safe, respectful environment for performers, handlers, and guests.

# TERM 09

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve my booking.
